A Michigan native with a childhood love of art that nearly led him to architecture, Chef Adam approaches each plate with a designer’s eye: composition, structure, restraint. His 19 years in the industry have shaped a style rooted in French technique and animated by a longstanding fascination with Asian flavors — a duality that finds its fullest expression yet in this Savor dinner.
